Rencana pembekuan Pertamina Energy Trading Ltd (Petral) hingga hari ini masih terus didiskusikan oleh Tim Transisi Jokowi-JK. Kepala Staf Kantor Transisi Jokowi-JK, Rini Mariani Soemarno, menyatakan, pembekuan PT Pertamina Energy Trading Ltd (Petral) masih dalam tahap kajian tim transisi. Tim transisi tersebut, bersama dengan para pakar energi, berupaya untuk memberikan pemikiran atau gagasan yang sudah dimatangkan secara bersama, kepada presden terpilih Jokowi.
"Tim transisi terus mengolah semua usulan pemikiran dari pakar di bidangnya masing-masing sebelum menyampaikan rekomendasi kepada Jokowi-JK. Tim akan bertemu dengan tim penyelaras akhir untuk memfinalisasi program secara menyeluruh," lanjut Rini.
Rini menyebutkan, hasil diskusi terkait Petral tersebut ditargetkan selesai pada akhir pekan ini. “Kita targetkan finalisasi akhir minggu ini,” tandasnya. Rini pun belum bisa memastikan apakah usulan pembubaran Petral akan masuk ke dalam rekomendasi yang nantinya diajukan ke Presiden Terpilih.
Pada Rabu (24/9) kemarin, Jokowi menyatakan, dirinya akan memberikan mandat kepada Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral kabinetnya untuk memberantas mafia migas. Jokowi mengakui, mafia migas selama ini memang selalu menyelinap di sektor energi Indonesia.
"Mafia migas hampir di semua titik itu ada. Itulah yang akan menjadi target menteri ESDM dan Pertamina mendatang," kata Jokowi di Jakarta.
Di matanya, mafia migas terus menggerogoti anggaran pengelolaan sektor energi di Indonesia. Dan itu jelas bertentangan dengan programnya yang menginginkan agar ada efisiensi dan penghematan anggaran.
